We do not charge any fees when you receive funds from your customers as a merchant. You are only charged a 0.5 % fee of the amount to be sent in addition to the cryptocurrency network fees when you are withdrawing funds out of your Kollet account. We seek to introduce in-app crypto-transfers where merchants can also transfer funds to each other without paying hefty cryptocurrency network fees.

Network fees are fees users of a cryptocurrency network pay to ensure that outgoing transactions to external cryptocurrency addresses are processed on the network. It is through this process customers or merchants receive their funds. This fee is paid to cryptocurrency miners, which are the systems that process the transactions and secure the network. This fee is not given to Kollet. We always try as much as possible to estimate the best transaction fees needed to put your transaction onto the network.

Why is my payment marked as "UnderPaid" ?

Users when making payments should copy the cryptocurrency amount stated and pay exactly that. Due to different wallet and exchange services having different FIAT exchange rates, users are advised to send exactly the cryptocurrency amount stated on a payment and not copy the FIAT amount as an exchange may send out less units of the cryptocurrency Kollet is expecting to receive. A payment will be marked as "UnderPaid" if the amount received is less than expected. A merchant is the central source of authority on "UnderPaid" payments. A merchant can choose to ignore, let a user refund the remaining amount expected by Kollet or accept the payment. Please contact the merchant when this happens.
